If you moved the weaker, smaller, stressed dragon out of the enclosure it was used to and kept the larger, dominate dragon in it, that's the issue, the weaker, smaller dragon is having relocation stress, just like when they move to a new home. It can last for a week or more, so just keep offering live insects and fresh greens every day, make sure she has adequate
UVB light and that her basking spot temperature is hot enough, and she'll suddenly start eating again soon...As long as she can no longer see the other dragon. If they can still see each other at all then she's still stressed. The best thing to do is to stack their enclosures on top of each other, or put the bigger, dominate one in a totally different room if you can't stack their enclosures.
But do not put them back together just because she used to eat when they were together, that doesn't make any sense at all...If you put them back together again you'll be moving her one more time, which will cause more stress, so she won't eat anyway, and she'll be at risk for a bite or worse. If she gets injured right now because you put them back together then you'll likely have serious problems.
Just be patient, give her at least another week before freaking out, she's very stressed out from being dominated constantly by the other dragon combined with the relocation stress... She'll be fine.
