Bearded dragon not eating or basking

So I have a bearded dragon who is about a year old. He's 18inches long and weighs 330 grams. I think he started brumation in December because he stopped eating and was sleeping almost all day. The problem is he's still not eating and is always hiding and not basking. When I put him in his basking spot he looks good and is alert but most times he'll go right back to his hiding spot. I haven't seen him eat anything since like January and I've been offering him crickets, supers, greens, veggies, and fruits every day but he has no interest. He hasn't lost weight and he looks pretty hydrated. The Uvb is the 10.0 reptisun and I just replaced the older one about a month ago. The temps are 95-105 in his basking spots and 75-85 on the cooler side. I have the lights set to turn on at 7am and go out at 8pm. Not sure if he's still trying to brumation but it's been like 4 months and when he's hiding he'll be awake most of the time but look sleepy.

If his weight has been steady he's probably OK. At this point I'd expect him to be done soon. It's good that he's looking OK when you bring him out of hiding.
