Bearded dragon not digesting food

Hi could do with some help my beardie is ILL I took her to vet and he put her on septrin and reptoboost he said she was dehydrated,she's been on these for over a week has she just stopped eating. She's still not eating by her self so I have to feed her through a syringe and by hand but she doesn't seem to be digesting her food properly. Her basking spot is 110 her cool side is 82 I have replaced her UV light which is a 10 (I replace these every 6 months) she's has no parasites in her poo.got to take her back to vet in a week. Any advice please would be much appreciated

Did the vet specify what is wrong with her or the reasoning for prescribing septrin? You may want to offer a probiotic such as bene-bac or acidophiliz+ in case the septrin is upsetting her stomach. Your lighting and temps sound OK. Have you tried dropping water on her nose to try and get her some extra hydration?

Thankyou for your reply. No he didn't say why he prescribed septrin.I have given her water on her nose and also I was giving her some soya yogurt to help with her stomach but was told not to when I spoke with the vets receptionist. He also gave her a worming liquid just in case she had worms too, sorry forgot to mention that earlier. At the moment I'm giving her crushed crickets chopped locusts wax worms( to get her weight back up) sweet potato butternut squash and mixed leaves also tried baby food she wasn't keen. Her fecel is also like a clear gunge most times
