Bearded Dragon making a clicking noise

My Beardie is named Penelope and she's around 3, I rescued her last month and she's my first every Beardie. Recently I noticed she has been making a clicking noise, but it is strictly when I hold her. She doesn't make it at all in her tank or when someone else holds her. I did research on this, but I could only find one post that fully matched the situation. Does this sound like it's a URI or just her making affection noises? I feel like if it were a URI she'd make it in all situations.
**UPDATE** My friend who rehabilitated her before I took her has told me she would make the same noises when she wanted to be held and was content while being held.

It's odd that it's intermittent. It doesn't sound like an infection. Probably just beard/tongue movement causing a clicking noise. I see this after eating sometimes and equate it to a burp. That doesn't sound like it fits this situation but it isn't likely harmful unless you see lethargic behavior or an excessive amount of mucous around the nose/mouth.

Thank you for the reply, I thought it was odd as well. If it was going on all the time I would have immediately assumed an infection, that's why I wanted to ask on here. She makes it even when she hasn't eaten in a while, that's why I'm led to believe it's just some sort of affection response, or even happiness. She used to be a teacher's pet and got handled roughly by many kids, so maybe it's just her appreciating how gentle I am haha. I'm definitely going to keep an eye out for signs of an infection just in case. Thank you very much!
