bearded dragon is lazy and wont move!!

hi guys i would like to know why is my bearded dragon so lazy all he do is stay in the same spot all day doesnt even move the only time he move is when he get hyper that means he's about to go to the bathroom thats the only time! he eats well he like collard greens and i feed him like 10 superworms, he is over a year old so he also stop shedding and also when i touched him when he was in his cage he was cold, i have a 60 watt bulb for his heat lamp and reptisun 10.0 uvb so could it be that his heat lamp bulb need to go up some more watts? please help i want him to move more so bad!

What is the temperature in his basking spot? I believe it should be between 90-100 for an Adult. Make sure he can bask AND get UVB in the same spot.

That said, I'm finding Beardies are pretty chilled out dudes. They do tend to spend a lot of time basking. Take him out and hang out, they often like shoulders.

i dont know i wish i can tell you the accurate degree but when i did had a probe thermometer it was 105 degrees and yea i tried to take him out so he can move around more i always put him on my shoulder he just chill and sit there he's very nice but just last night he threw up his collard greens an it smelled so bad i think there were spoiled thats why cuz i picked some green ones out of the spoil bunch and i thought it was fine but apparently not
