bearded dragon has slight bumps on hind back

hello everyone im been tacking care of my bearded dragon for about 4 years now and he seemed completely healthy. but recently over the past 7 months he seemed to be getting gradually worse. some my vital equipment broke and haven't been able to get everything i want for him. I only recently started highschool so im sorta out cash. This all makes me feel like a crappy owner and if dies i would feel absolutely awful.I vividly remember the days when he would run and jump everywhere and his beautiful orange colors would show. I'm very stressed and scared because now he looks so pale. still eats however i do have high concerns over the slight bumps near his tail and lower back. Hello,

Sorry your dragon isn't doing well. Based on your description & without seeing any pictures,
I would have to say he is suffering from metabolic bone disease. He will not improve without
vital UVB & supplementation.
Can you do extra chores around the house for some extra money? If you are not using any type
of UVB light, that will likely be the primary culprit. They will not survive long without being
exposed to at least a low level of UVB because it affects their body's ability to be able to fully
absorb & assimilate calcium along with other vitamins & nutrients.
At the very least, he needs the Reptisun 10 tube or the Arcadia D3 12% or 14% tube. IF you
could afford it, the newer models of the T5 higher output tubes would be ideal since he is
already suffering from metabolic bone disease.
It is imperative that he receives the UVB soon, otherwise, he will continue to go down hill
from here.
Do you happen to have any pictures?
Is he eating anything at all?

Hey here is my update with pictures. He is still eating and basking in the sun/light however i feel i need a different uvb light any recommendations as long as they are not too high costing is fine. He's luckily hasn't been sick for very long and i'd like to keep it that way so here.https://imgur.com/a/5kTajQV The bumps aren't that big yet and he still has mobility however want to prevent any growth because lately he's been sorta sluggish and seemly been wanting to move less lately. so that's all I wanted to update on. Hello,

Are you referring to the hip bones that are on both sides? If so, that is completely normal.
He looks very good & has great colors. Are you using a good UVB light for him?
If that is what you are referring to then he should be fine. IF you aren't using a UVB light
though right now, I highly recommend getting him one so that he continues to be healthy.
Since he is an adult, he could just be slowing down a little like some tend to do this time
of year though, hopefully he will snap out of it here pretty soon since summer is coming on
real quickly here.

How is his appetite doing today?
