just wondering if an hour is enough time for her to bask for her food to digest. she isn't fed at set times and normally eats what she wants throughout the day. I usually put in a bowl of calci worms or dubia roaches for her.

Yeah it's recommended a few hours under the basking light to digest the food. But if you're not having any problems with this, like if she's still eating, pooping, shedding and acting normal, I don't see anything wrong with it as she can digest the food tomorrow.

If it works for you and your beardie, why not?

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
