Bearded Dragon dream?

Last night, my bearded dragon Copper went to sleep at about 6:00 pm. When I got ready to go to bed at 8:30 pm, I looked in her cage, and saw her sleeping, with her head on the ground of the tank. But then, she lifted her head up, and started licking her lips! After about 5 seconds of licking, she put her head back down on the ground. Do you think she had a dream? Lol :lol: maybe she was dreaming of a wonderful bath or something. She isn't sick or anything, and she was fine this morning. Has any other bearded dragon done this?

I think they do dream because I've seen similar behavior. My guys would sometimes kick their legs and move around a bit like they were dreaming.

yep - I've seen all my pet skinks and dragons twitch and even frash tails while sound asleep - certain they are dreaming.
