Bearded Dragon coughing / Mouth opening and closing

So my bearded dragon (Zues) has had a coughing sound since I got him (3 weeks ago is when I got him) He also doesn't eat very much, I took him to the vet on April 4th due to he had mouth rot the doctor gave me some medication but as said before he has been coughing since I've gotten him. Here are a few things about his enclose. I take him out everyday put him in the sun as much as possible. Unfortunately I do not have a video of him coughing, all help is appreciated.

Sometimes while he sleeps he opens and closes his mouth, during the day his coughs 1-3 times a day.

75 Watt intense basking light along side a 150 watt red light (only use it rarely, had to use for the mouth rot he had)
100 watt Ceramic heat emitter
He also has a 10.0 13 watt UVB

I've also been powdering his worms with vitamins

The greens I've been giving him is:
Kale (rarely)
Collards green / Bok choy.

What kind of worms are you feeding? How old is the dragon, and most important ehat ade the temps. He needs 105F basking 95 hot side and 80 cold side. It sounds like a respiratory infection, you should see a vet and verify his temps are where they need to be

Yes, his temps are correct, they are between 100-103f. We changed his bulbs as soon as we got him because when we did get him his UVB was blown out, and his heat light was not strong enough to reach him in his old cage so we down sized it. He also has a perch that reaches the top of the cage. He still seems really happy, hes active, but he poops every 2 days.

Also, he eats Superworms, hornworms (once a week for the hornworms), butterworms, and silkworm. I powder them up with his vitamins.
