Bearded dragon brumation ?

Hi my beardie that is over 1 year old is just now starting to spend everyday on her cold side and usually takes naps all day. And when I take her out she usually sleeps. She eats well but isn't as passionate as she once was a couple of months ago in the summer I'm just wondering if this is normal for her to be slow and sleepy?

And her Temps are usually 108 on the hot side and 75 on cool side

It is also getting very cold where I live.

It's possibly brumation. I would take her out every few days to record her weight and offer some water. Other than that if it's brumation you'll just want to let her be. There is further information about brumation here https://www.beardeddragon.org/articles/brumation/

Yeah it is she just no w went into her hide and is all curled up.
