Bearded Dragon Acting Lethargic, Help Please!

I have a 4 month old Bearded Dragon. I have had him for 3 months. I will list everything he has and eats.
In the tank:
-40 gallon
-reptile carpet
-tree
-hideout hut-
-log
-hammock
-stacking stones
-food and water dish
-UVB/UVA light by zoomed
-basking spot lamp by zoomed

Eating Habits:
-crickets everyday
-greens everday (kale,collard greens etc.)
-cheerios for a treat every now and then

Temp:
Cool side 80-85 degrees
Warm side 95-100 degrees

I have had him for 3 months and he is 4 months. Just yesterday he stopped eating but he pooped. Today he wouldn't take crickets but ate a few of his collard greens. He did poop. Now he is under his hammock with both of his legs straight and his eyes look droopy and small. He has stress marks but he isn't super dark. He is very sluggish and non active. Earlier today he was puffing,and eye bulging. He is currently not shedding. It is the end of Spring almost Summer here. I have never had a health issue with him until yesterday. I can not afford to take him to the vet. Please help!

Hello,

If he is eye bulging & puffing, he may be getting ready to shed soon. That can cause lethargic behavior & lack of appetite.
Are you using a digital probe or temp gun to measure the temperatures? Do you use a bright white light for his basking light?
Which UVB light do you use, the Reptisun 10 tube bulb?
How often do you use calcium supplementation?
If you could post some pictures of him & his tank setup, that might help, as well.
Are the crickets smaller than the space between his eyes?

Hello thank you for your concern!
I have a temp. gun. The crickets are about the same size of the space between his eyes.I can't upload photos but i gave him a bath in the tub or the first time and he was swiming. I noticed that is tail was a little pale so he was swimming in his luke warm water and he starts to scratch at his tail and puffing. I think the tail is shedding and he is having trouble with it.
