Bath time oh dear.

Teaka hates her bath but i made her stay in for 18 minutes . She is so funny she will not keep all of her tail in the water about half of it sticks out of the tub and mind you this is a tub that is double her length.Do they do this or is she not wanting her whole body in the water? When she gets relaxed enough she falls asleep i watch her when her head goes under i pick it back up . She looks at me like how dare you are you trying to drown me :?: I weighed her today she is 247.2 grams and 17 inches long is this a good weight for her?She looks healthy and happy. Pamela

hi, it might either be hes not used to the feel of water and not sure of it, or it might be a bit hot. which also would make sense either way, so i would check water and make sure its not too hot first

I check it very closely before putting her in. It is warm on my wrist what you would do for a babies bath.

Eh, mine don't like to put their whole tail in either. When I put them in the bath, they arch their tail so only about the first half is underwater, and the last half is completely out of the water. I find it kinda funny.

hi there, when i bath spyro it's sometimes like she's not aware she's in water, soooo, i make waves get the water to go over her back and stuff. if i stick her in the big bath she swims and when they swim it's cool because thats when the tail action comes into play. When she's just resting/relaxing in the water the tail tends to be up more and especially when she's about to poop. Julie
