basking...

just curious of what type of basking light yall use? i was at the pet store the other day getting a new bulb & was just browsing around at the different brands and types didnt know if one was better than the other or not...the ones i seen there were, zoomed, sunglo, & neodymium some said daylight & tight beam.. was just curious so thought i'd ask!

if u dont want to spend $5-10 on one bulb....regular incandescent light bulbs work fine to provide the heat your dragon needs...as long as you have the proper UVB bulb for them, they dont need any other special kind of light that the pet stores market in their basking bulbs. dont get me wrong, you can use them if you want to, but I would never pay that much for a bulb, when I could buy 4 packs of ordinary ones.
