So I got the new Viv set up and my beardie went and basked in a weird spot. The light is off because I had to change to a lower wattage bulb. But he hung out there for 2 hours before I took him out to come hang out on the couch with us before lights out. Does anyone elses bask from an awkward area?

For a little while all 3 of my dragons lived together in my 260 gal. They were all hatchlings so it was like a mansion to them. This thing is like 7 ft long, so I had a small heat projector bulb on the cool end. there was a small area directly under it that hit 90F. I tried to adjust it, but it cooled down the rest of that side to much. They all liked that one 90F spot for a while. After a while I gave up trying to adjust it and let them have it.

I was just thinking that maybe it was getting a little warm in there because he had his mouth open and that area is right next to the vents. I put in a 40 watt crystal clear bulb and basking spot is good but cool end was getting up to 86 degrees.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
