Bad Shed?! How to prevent this?

My 7 year old female beardie has recently shedded. Her longest toe however on one of her back feet turned dull as if it were going to as well. It has been discolored for about 2 weeks now and isn't shedding. It looks pretty tight on her toe and there is a little dip when it changes from where she is not shedding. This causes me to think that blood flow may be being cut off. I don't know if this is something wrong or if I'm worried about nothing. I was touching it today and I think it's painful beacuse she didn't seem to like it and kept flinching (she normally loves having her feet rubbed). I would attatched a picture but am unsure how to (I'm on a phone and if you could help me out that'd be great). Again, I don't know if this is something to worry about. If so, what can I do to prevent any damage or her losing her toe?

Hi there...get some pure aloe gel with no added ingredients to put on it. That should help to loosen it, then put her in a warm bath after a few hours and try to gently stroke it loose with a toothbrush. It should come loose after a few times.
