Bad customer service from Dubia supplier

Ok I ordered 100 large dubias from backwater reptile, first shipment ALL dead, so I emailed them. Took a few emails to "fix" the problem. They sent me another 100 dubias no warning no email, with a COD charge on it of $6.21 I was not home thankfully my daughter was AND she had some cash on her.The replacement dubias were NOT large they were MED at best. I'm miffed about this so yet another email has been sent, I figured I'd share the issue here so nobody else has to deal with this mess.

I need a new place to get my dubias any good places to order from? One that won't give me the run around? We have 2 adult beardies and a water dragon to feed I buy a lot of bugs LOL and yes I have a dubia colony started but its really not ready to be fed from full time. I LOVE lindas gone buggie, great hornworms and very nice AND she responds when there is an issue LOL very nice lady.

I dont know if you have Facebook. But they do auctions every night. The auctions start at a dollar sometimes you can get really good prices in the auctions.

I can't add vouch for "twobeardiesguy" roaches because Ive personally never bought roaches from him. BUT I will say that he has great chow and communication with his buyers. I bought some chow from him and the transaction went flawlessly.

Ill try both next time my colony gets thin LOL Monster ( ate half my colony in a week hes 2 yrs old )eats like pig but Rose wont touch them or anything else kinda surprised she hasent starved to death. Any ideas for getting her to eat? The only bugs she will even think about are hornworms and supers but hornworms are kinda expensive and supers are REALLY creepy LOL, shes over a year old fat slow and lazy should have named her Jabba-the-Hut or Toad LOL, she wont even touch ANY greens or veggies or anything really picky pain in my behind. Thanks all for the info
