Back of viv dancing?

I've seen many times on here that it's quite normal for beardies to glass dance when they want to come out of their viv, or because they can see their reflection. However, my beardie sometimes dances on the back wall of his viv (trying to climb up it and scrabble about), which is wooden. Obviously then, he can't be doing because of his reflection. I've also seen him do this when his viv is open and he's already been out for a while, meaning it's unlikely that it's because he wants to get out.

Anyone have any ideas on what he might be up to, or is this just one of those wonderfully quirky beardie behaviours?

One more thing, I have a UV strip (Arcadia) going across the back of the viv.

The back is completely wood? Sometimes they try to "climb" up wallpapers/backgrounds, but it's completely wood maybe he's just being silly or wants away from his poop.

Meadow does this all the time!!! She had really marked up her background . She will also pull herself up on her back legs and stand where the doors open to viv looking out, this is usuly when she wants out. I have a hammock that I have put on the glass to help hold her up as she sometimes falls over. All perfectly normal. She gets a little squirely when she's gravid and tries to climb her viv, but otherwise, it's not big.

falkor does that sometimes. of course, i have a desert background and i figure that she's trying to go there.

My beardie does this sometimes but my Frilled Dragon does it a lot. they both also dance against my white walls of my room which i find weird they really like white walls. they also like to just look out of my window a lot when i let them roam around on my bed they jump up to the window sill.

The back of his viv is completely wood, so I'm going to go with he just likes doing it! Those crazy beardies!
