Baby wont eat and has yellow spot on belly!!

I just recently got a 2-3 month old from petco on Saturday. Ever since I got home he has ate all together about 10 small crickets. It will occasionally take a bite or two of the chopped collard greens put his dish but nothing else. I have tried feeding with tongs and that doesn't work. I tried giving him "Baby bites" from nature zone baby pet food and it wont eat that either. I have also tried the little pellets moistened with water and no luck. It doesn't do much but sit on his branch and sleep or it will run around the perimeter of the glass almost like it is trying to run away. Also the first day I got him when I got home I noticed a yellow splotch on his belly that almost looks like paint.

The tank is setup I got from petsmart is the thrive 40 gal it included the following:
Screen lid with lock and feeding door
100-Watt essential basking soft bulb
26-watt desert UVB bulb
Two 8.5 inch dome lamps
Two thermometer/Hygrometer

And I have done some research and am getting a uvb tube light first thing Friday morning because I read the one that comes with it is not good for them. I would post pics but this is my first time using this and I'm not sure exactly how yet, but I'm really worried. This has been my dream pet forever and I'm worried sick he will die because he is not eating enough!!!

Please post pics of tank lighting https://www.beardeddragon.org/useruploads/ click on XIMG at top of message box then click on the pic---- you have the 26 watt coil--- is it in a reflector dome? This one you can use as I have not heard anything bad about the 26 watt it is the 13 watt coil that is the bad one -- the UVB should be 6-8 inches from the basking spot -- here is the info I have on that bulb
The 26w version of the UVB150 is similar in output to a T8 tube when using a reflector. The beam isn't as wide (depending on the length of the tube) but the output strength is very similar. If it was sitting about 6-8'' above the main basking area then it was likely providing adequate UVB. It's the lower wattage (13w) versions that cause concern since they aren't strong enough to provide adequate UVB at a safe distance-- I am assuming and dont know for sure but it would need to be changed out after 6 months like the T 8---
It is up to you if you want to change it out but I figured I would pass this on --- as far as not eating hes going thru relocation stress -- they will slow down on eating but not quit completely -- basking temps should be 105-110 taken w/ a digital probe and or a infrared heat gun bought from your local home improvement store for around $10-12 --- the probe from petco or petsmart for around $5-- here is a website for nutrition http://www.beautifuldragons.com/Nutrition.html-- he needs this every morning - I would get some fresh collard greens turnip greens kale or mustard greens fresh squash any kind cut up or shredded -- NO Citrus fruit--- put this in a glass dish worms cant get out of get some small super worms if you can find them 1-3 and some BSFL from here order large https://symtonbsf.com/ they are a great staple feeder and do not need to be dusted add those to the top of his salad and do this so he can see you as this will draw him to the bowl -- NO MEAL WORMS to harsh on their stomachs --- after he eats from the bowl add your crickets disable them and put them in the bowl --- please post pics of him and the yellow spot you were asking about

Also I should note I know the thermometers I have are not the best which I will also get Friday but when I had them directly over the cave rock it was reading around 105 but he started hanging around on his decor so I moved it for him to bask there. And the cool side says about 80

Is it spreading? Or only in one spot ? I am not sure if that is yellow fungus or not --- some others on here are gonna haft to look -- he looks really little -- hes gonna go thru relocation stress so expect him to slow down on eating not just not completely--- the UVB needs to be 6-8 inches from basking and I would take the screen off -- that UVB being similar to a T 8 those need to be inside the tank 6-8 inches so I am thinking the same w/ the 26watt --- and in a reflector dome-- some others on here need to look at the yellow spot that have the experience

As fr as the spot is concerned it looks about the same as it did when I got him. But you say to take the lid off.. should I just leave it open with lamp clamps or something?

Yes use the lamp clamps and have it 6-8 inches from basking spot- is it in a reflector dome?

Yes it is. But yet again I wake up this morning around 6, cut his lamps on and give some greens. He took two bites and hasnt touched any crickets. Is there anything else I should do to get him to eat? I was gonna try some Dubai roaches but when I tired ordering some online it says Louisiana is a state they cant deliver too. Plan on making a trip to petco any suggestions on anything else I could try to feed em?!

Ok so he's eating some-- can you get dubia roaches? You can order them from www.dubiaroaches.com-- they are a great feeder-- it may take him awhile to really start eating-- and I am hoping that yellow spot is not something serious- is his poop yellow- have you tried washing it off?

So this morning I woke up and he was shedding like crazy. The yellow spot shedded right away, he seems more active and I got him to eat a waxworm and he was finally chasing his crickets he ate 3 so I hope he is getting better

Did you get your UVB moved so hes getting the full spectrum of the UVB? Waxworms are not a good feeder they are like candy to them -- can you get phoenix worms at your pet stores or you can order on line here https://symtonbsf.com/ they are called BSFL --- order large ones as they are small --- here is a website for nutrition http://www.beautifuldragons.com/Nutrition.html-- he should be getting fed greens every day --- put some of your waxworms on top of the salad but only use 3 and make sure you use a glass bowl that the worms cant get out of and he sees you adding those to the salad -- the BSFL are also a good enticer and a good staple feeder as well - add those to the top of the salad and do it in front of him -- it will get him to the bowl to eat his veggies -- you can eventually use super worms but they need to be small for him as he looks little - I would only use 3 as well when he gets bigger - you dont want the insects or worms bigger than the space between his eyes -- they become addicted to the worms so you want him eating those salads ---

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
