I have a 3 month old bearded dragon ive never fed him worms yet. I ordered him some baby superworms the other day to kind of vary up his diet a little because he eats crickets and greens now, but im kind of regretting it now im reading things online that you shouldnt give them any worms till theyre about 16" , but would it be okay though because they are baby superworms that i ordered?

As long as they're very small they may be OK in moderation as long as they're part of a varied diet that includes some softer foods. They aren't a great staple nutrition wise and a lot of them can be difficult to digest. I'd consider the very small ones a treat. I'd stick with softer worms for a 3 month old. Phoenix Worms and silk worms are good choices.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
