This message is for anyone in or near the Carbondale, IL area. I was in Petco this weekend and my daughter went straight to the bearded dragon enclosure. As we watched them, we noticed that one was missing an eye and had an abrasion on its lip on the same side. We begged and pleaded with my husband to let us take it, but we don't have a viv, lights or any of the setup needed, nor do we have the money to buy it all 
It was so sad because the other dragons are bound to get most of the food and I'm afraid the little guy (or girl) won't make it. Trust me, I would have brought it home in an instant if we had the needed supplies. Maybe someone in the area could rescue the poor thing :?
