Baby losing appetite...

Hi everyone! My beardie is turning 1 in June, and lately I have noticed his appetite has decreased. I know that as beardies get older you don't have to feed them everyday, so I was wondering if that is the case, than when they get older they also don't want to eat everyday. He goes about 2 days without eating and then 2 days eating and so the cycle continues. Is this normal? He is pooping fine and his basking temp gets from 100-105 and he has a 10.0 reptisun UVB so everything in his tank seems fine to me. If anyone can let me know if this has happened to them or if you know its a normal thing I would greatly appreciate your feedback! Thanks!

it depends on what hes eating, what are you feeding him?
they do slow down when older, and their diet should be more plant matter than insects

I am feeding him crickets right now and put a bowl of collard greens in his tank every day but he refuses to touch them! I have tried adding meal worms to trick him to eat his salad, ive added fruit to make it more appealing, but he won't eat it! I know that they are supposed to eat more vegetables when I am older but I just don't have a clue how to get him to!! Any ideas?
