sorry for the delay everyone........this is my second time on here tonight trying to upload photos....somehow I keep hitting a certain key on the bottom left on my keyboard and my pc turns OFF and i lose everything I've tried a few times over the last few days and had the same problem, guess im gonna have to get another NEW keyboard Hope this time goes well, though, this is the 4th time i've typed this message out....... :shock:

Trooper is doing very well, eating awesome too im getting over my squemishness of squishing out large superworm guts for him :roll: He knows how to climb onto his basking rock and I bathe him twice daily, such a cutie :love5:

Trooper is doing well. He sure is cute!

Up until last weekend I had a beardie rescue named Ray who was almost completely blind. If I can be of any help just let me know. I was lucky in that he seemed to see some movement but couldn't follow it quickly enough to catch anything...not even supers. I still had to hand feed him with tongs and he found his greens on his own. Good luck to little Trooper!

I don't know what happened........I'm so upset I fed Trooper today around 5, he ate well, bathed him and put him under the light to bask. I just got home from picking up my daughter from work and saw him laying sleeping beside the water dish which was unusual so I picked him up and he was... gone I don't know if I did something wrong, maybe fed him too much or as one of my concerns is his aspiration of water into his lungs while I cleaned his face after feeding because it had to be done so thoroughly to get all the guts off.... I just don't know. He was growing so well.... I just feel like crying He was almost a month old.

I'm so sorry you lost little Trooper. I know it's even harder when you don't know what happened. Please try not to beat yourself up. In the wild he would not have survived as long as he did and you did everything you could. You loved him and gave him every possible chance. Thinking of you.
