Baby Cricket Infestation

So i'm a little concerned because I was told that if my beardie does not eat all of her crickets that I should take the uneaten crickets because they will eat away at mt beardie in her sleep and may cause a infection.

So I'm pretty sure i put a cricket in the terrarium that contained eggs and layed them in the terrarium because there are many very small crickets running around the terrarium. They are very small, smaller than anything I have ever given her so this is the only conclusion i can come too, that a cricket layed eggs.

What would you recommend i do in this situation? is this a threat or are the crickets too small to do any damage. My beardie doesn't even seem to notice them in there.

Please let me know.

I would recommend cleaning out your viv to get rid of them... even though they are tiny, they can still feed on your beardie in it's sleep...

If you're having trouble trapping them, use a dust buster or vacuum cleaner to get them out. Some places actually sell a humane bug vac that traps the bugs.

I had this problem happen to me once in my Savana Monitors cage. I took everything out and wipped down the entire cage with water. This did not help! They get into every nook and cranny. I had some "mite off" made by repti-aid, and I sprayed the tanks and the decoration with it and they all finally died. I did also notice that a lot of them migrated to my monitor's water bowl and drowned, so you could also try putting a small dish of water in your beardie's tank for a few days.
