You will need to handfeed it if it's unwilling to catch the live insects or eat , see this for how -

3 meals of live insects per day for a young hatchling , let it eat it's fill - don't restrict it's insect intake.
Feeders suitable for a very young hatchling are
>> BSF lavae and flies
>> blowfly gents and flies
>> small silkworms
>> crickets (gutloaded and dusted with calcium powder) no longer than the space between it's eyes, and only give 2 or 3 at a time - so the little hatchling can keep track of them and isn't overwhelmed -- common mistake is to dump lots of fast moving insect into the tank , which hop and scurry in all directions and try to hide. When these have been caught and eaten, repeat, and only stop once it loose interest.
>> roaches - ditto
>> locusts - ditto
Set the wax worms aside as starters and treats.... they are like crack to a lizard. They are better than nothing. See this for nutritional content of insects :

>> Repashi GrubPie can be given as a paste by hand or as a slurry by syringe if it refuses to take food when assist and forced feeding fails ..
You need to check the lighting and temperatures , this will help work out what is behind this lack of apetite :

Very important the UV (both and UVA and UVB are high enough) and the temperatures are correct.
Please review your setup and show us what you have in the tank (lights, substrate, general setup).
How much does the little dragon weigh ?
