Baby beardie progression

I don't have a name for him yet or know his gender but we call him a he. He's really growing on me since he's started falling asleep in me and just relaxing/looking at me
I take time for names cause u want to get to know him better first. He's so cute and tiny I just live him! I got him from pet smart so I'm not sure how old he is. He is a leathetback I guess since he's so smooth. A little orange on him too, not sure if it will stay. He's eating ok.... Only about 15 crickets a day. I've had him for almost two weeks so I had hoped he would be eating more by now. At first he was so super skinny cause he just wouldn't eat at all, so at least I'm getting some into him now!
He's in a tiny tank right now and it's Killing me! My adult is in a 40 gallon and I'm upgrading his soon so the baby will go into the 40 gallon.
He won't eat veggies and baths freak him out. He just looks at me like, is it over yet??? His poops seem a little on the dry side so I try to give him water from my fingertip which he usually takes. How much water should they get daily?
I just love this little guy! I want to post pics here as he grows. I have to figure out an approx age, measure and weigh him.
Pics are blurry kind of but he's still so cute. He always looks like he's smiling. except when he's scared and gets crazy eye lol

I'm glad to hear you're enjoying your time with him =). If he's from Petsmart, he's probably only about a month or two old. As long as you are feeding the crickets greens and keeping them hydrated/gutloaded, he will get most of his water from them. You can provide warm baths too. He may drink from the bath if he wants to. I use tinypic for photos because they provide an img (forum) link for your photo as soon as you upload it. Flickr is a bit tougher because you have to right click on the image itself and copy the image location/address and then paste it here with the img tags.

I measured munchkin today and he's 5 3/4 inches. He will only eat crickets if I hand feed. Is this ok or am I starting a bad habit? I'm hoping over time he gets over it since he's still so new. He also likes to be snuggled before bed. He stayed up so late last night until I grabbed him and held him then he fell right asleep lol!! Again, another bad habit? I'm not worried about the amount he's eating anymore since he's got a nice chubby belly. I've also started having him drink from the water faucet which works really well. I want to let him out to roam around since he's so curious and adventurous, but I have no place in my home to do this. I thought the bathroom, but there's a heat vent he could get stuck in so I don't want to chance it. I've tried putting him in large plastic bins with different thjngs to explore but he doesn't like that at all.... Any ideas? I know I should enjoy his smallness but I just can't wait for him to get bigger so I don't have to worry so much
