Baby Beardie not eating

Hi so I recently got a baby bearded dragon 10 days ago.

He will not eat and I cant find a question on the forum that fits mine so I decided to post it myself.

I bought Pacha from a pet store that had 3 other beardies in the same tank, all 3 months old. He was the biggest one so we chose this one because he ate the most.
I have him in a 40 gallon tank with a basking light, ceramic heat lamp, and uvb uva light.
His basking spot reaches about 110 F and at night his tank is 80 F. He has carpet flooring

He ate 2 crickets the first day but has paid no attention to them since. He wont eat any veggies I have offered him. He likes meal worms and has only refused them once. But I dont want to feed him this too much since I know they have lots of fat and not very much protein.
The dubia roaches at my local pet store are too big for him so I ordered some online but they wont get here for at least 5 days.

I have taken him 2 warm baths and he has not pooped in any. Although he has been pooping everyday but it has been runny every time.

He glass dances although lately he hasnt, he wanders around but mostly is basking. Basking most of the day and goes into his cave at night to sleep.

He was extremely skittish at first but has let me hold him lately.

And after watching many videos on youtube of other baby bearded dragons, it seems that Pacha is very small and thin and that worries me more.

I know that things online say they wont eat very much about the first week but I am so worried he is going to starve. Please help

There could be many reasons for him not eating. He may or may not be settled in yet but I do see a couple issues just in your pic there. You should get your uvb inside the tank it doesn't look close enough at all for him. He should be able to get at least 6" from it. I would hang it inside and prop up some furnishings to he can get close. The other issue is I see you are using a stick on thermometer and they are not always very accurate. I would suggest getting a digital with probe type.

Make sure you are dusting calcium 1 meal 5x week and the other 2 days with vitamins. I can't see the rest of the enclosure but make sure you add some additional lighting like an led bulb would work. They like it really bright. You might want to think about getting a fecal done in the near future.

He might still be settling in but if you want you can mix some turkey and squash baby food with supplements till the roaches come in. Put a little on his snout or just inside the lips.

Several people here have improvised how to mount their lights inside. I can't tell what type of fixture you are using but if it's not too heavy maybe you can try some wires or strong velcro. Maybe you can figure out something with a wire hangar or zip ties or command strips. I would see if someone else on here could give you some tips. I have wooden enclosures and just mount mine to the ceiling so I can't give good advice on this. Maybe include some pictures of your fixture and someone can give some advice how to mount it.
