Hi, I recently was gifted a bearded dragon about 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately I didnt have all the equipment ready so I had to improvise. I had a heat lamp and a 75W bulb for the guy for about the first 2 weeks. I couldn't get the uvb bulb till this week on Tuesday so I've been taking her outside for a few hours when it was sunny outside. I was feeding her Grub Pie because it's been pretty chilly outside and I am not allowed to keep the bugs in the garage or anywhere in the house... my mom hates bugs so I am not allowed to. I was thinking on getting some BSFL for the dragon but I can't afford the shipping for them right now (spent a lot on equipment and tank for the guy). I also got some zoo med canned crickets which the beardie seems to like to munch on. She's only had the uvb (reptisun t5) for about 3 days and she just finished shedding her arms. She is in a 40B tank and the basking spot is about 110, and the cool side is about 70, middle of the tank is about 80. She ate about 8 1" crix on Tuesday, 6 on Wednesday, 4 on Thursday, and only 3 today. She's not lethargic. She's very alert and runs around her tank sometimes during the afternoon. She is currently 21 grams (was 14 when I recieved her) and about 7" long from nose to tail I think. I think she is about 2 months old? She is pooping every other day and she pooped two poops today. Her belly also looks full. She is a bit underweight though but seems to be gaining it? She is shedding though so I know shes growing. I wanted to get a few live crix for her but there are no small sized crickets, petsmart only has the adult crickets for some reason 
thats why I resorted to canned and gel for now till I get enough to ship a lot of BSFL. She's been eating squash as well, ate about a or two teaspoons worth of shredded squash yesterday. I move the crickets around for her and she doesnt like to chase after them. I tied a small string loosely on the leg of a cricket and mimicked the natural jumping and walking of a cricket and she just watched it and lost interest, didnt even bother getting it. She eats throughout the day and I offer her one about every hour on a little spoon and she eats them sometimes and sometimes doesn't. She ate a few from her veggies dish as well. I sprinkle calicum on the bottom side of the veggies and crickets because she doesnt like the ones with calcium and vitamins for some reason, she wont take them but will take the undusted ones which was annoying. She drinks water every other day but I offer it to her daily on her nose and she sometimes doesnt take it.
Is she just full or is it something else? I don't really know and is kind of worried. I'll try to upload pictures of her.
