Hello. I have not even had my juvinile beardie for a full week but last night when I was trying to get him to eat a wax worm from my hand I knocked some of the worm food into his enclosure. (I know these worms are not the healthiest I was just offering it as a treat and a possible bonding experience.)
I need to clean it out but I don't want to stress him out too much so early on. He won't let me handle him yet to remove him from the tank either.
Should I just clean around him or try harder to get him out of the tank?

If he's stressed out by handling then I'd try to spot clean around him and pick up what you can for now. How much did you drop in there? If you need to go in with a vacuum you may be able to scoop him up and bring him out of the tank for a little while but I'd avoid it if possible if he's acting skittish. It won't likely cause any harm though he may put up a bit of a fight. Just put him in a secure place like on a blanket or pile of pillows etc. so he feels safer.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
