Baby beardie isn't shedding

I have a baby beardie that is not shedding since I got him. I have had him for 3 weeks now and I heard they were supposed to shed weekly. He is 2 months old, he is starting to slowly eat on his own but I am still having to feed him most of the time (force feed). I feed him small crickets, small roaches, and also blended varieties of pellets packed with the nutrients/calcium that he needs with a mixture of + kale, strawberries and crickets and syringe feed him, I also have him drink water out of a syringe as well. He seems to like the roaches I feed him. He has a 20 gal. Tank for now, his basking area (yes it is a UV light) is at 104°.
He does not like to move much...I have yet to see him active but 1 time when he convinced himself he can fly, jumped off my hand and onto my chest and nuzzled his cute self under my hair and drifted to sleep again.
Is it improper lighting? I dont know about the UV light, i just bought it from a local reptile store and they said it is the best UV light for the little guy.
Also, one of his claws are missing. Is that bad? I dont know what happened but its been missing since I got him, I doubt thats relavent to anything butt still I wanted to ask.
So yeah, not shedding, barely moves, and claw is missing.
Any thoughts??

Welcome to the forum- please post pics of his/ her tank and we can see what is going on-- go to top of page click on User Image Up loader - down load pics- click on reply and go to top of message click on XIMG- pics should post -- tell us what kind of UVB you have the people at the pet store was it a box chain like Petsmart or Petco ?

No it was not petco or anything like that it was from a local shop, Reptopia was their name, have mass knowledge in every reptile known to man, they are very good people, helped me out a lot

and I know I need to get a t-8 light for his tank, I remember someone on here mentioned something about that to me in my last discussion on here, and here is a picture of his tank.

What kind of UVB do you have in your tank now? Hes barely moving is that correct-- where is the UVB is it inside the tank? He should be eating bugs or dubias 2 times per day - post a pic of the foot thats missing the claw please--- it probably got bit when he was housed w/ other dragons I am guessing-
