Baby beardie growth concern

Hello, I have a baby bearded dragon who should be about 3months old, but he's only 6 1/2 inches long. I've had him for a month and he was 5 1/2 when I got him. He is my first bearded dragon and I have been giving him a bowl of greens (collard greens with butternut squash) and he'll eat that sometimes right away, often than most he'll eat it kinda halfway through the day when he thinks I'm not watching. I feed him as many crickets as he'll want 3X a day, and he eats 2-3week. I give him a calcium plus supplement dusted on all his crickets or every other day I'll not dust one batch of them. There is a water dish in his tank, but it's a 3ft long tank and on the opposite side of the basking bulb. I give him water everyday by dropper too with some calcium in it. The lowest temp his tank is at is 30⁰C then under his basking bulb gets to 42⁰C but he often goes a little lower than his highest point for it too. I have a 10.0 UVB tube that stretches across the majority of his tank which is 20" tall.

I read babies are supposed to grow a bunch and I'm concerned if I'm missing anything for him that is making him pack in growth or what? He's always happy, active and running around a bunch, but he's growing very slowly, anyone have any advice or am I doing something wrong?

They grow at different rates so he may be just fine. It is a good sign that he is eating well. Is he active and alert? If so, I don't think you need to worry. Have you been tracking his weight? If you keep a log of his weight, you can follow how that is trending. As long as it is stable or increasing that's a good sign. If you want to post some photos of him, we'll be glad to take a look to see if he looks healthy overall.

This is what he looks like, and yes he remains active and alert. I don't have a scale to track his weight but I will get one for him pretty quick

A scale will be your best friend
Like cooper mentioned, if you are able to track his weight, you will know if he's growing or not. And you will be able to make adjustments from there if he's not growing, or if he is growing too fast.

Bearded dragons grow rapidly, reaching full size in little as 9 months to a year. im sure you know that average full size is 18-24 inches, however some do get larger than this, a buddy of mine has a 31 inch beardie! some beardies start out slowly but then really take off around 7 months, and some start out really fast but slow down around 7 months.

Oh really? I never knew that. So basically be ready for a rapid growth at around 7 months? thank you for letting me know. I always thought they'd grow at a steadily fast rate from babies-12months. Thank you for the help everyone and relieving me too
