Baby Beardie Angus!

Hi, I'm LittleWolf17 and I'm new to this site and to bearded dragons. My baby's name is Angus, named after Angus Young from AC/DC. I just got him yesterday, and there's much I don't know but am eager to learn. For the longest time I've wanted one, but my dad wouldn't let me get one. Finally he left for our lakehouse..and I went out and bought everything over the weekend. He wasn't too happy today when he found out!
If anyone has advice I'd be happy to hear it! I'm super excited to have him and be a part of this board. I'm unsure how everything here works, so bear with me. Thanks so much!

O boy I'm guessing dad didn't appreciate it ... well, let him feed Angus a few times by hand and I'm sure he'll change his mind quickly.

For starters, make sure he's on tile, repticarpet, or towel/newspaper. Not sand. Secondly, his UVB bulb should be the ReptiSUN 10.0 tube. Umm, dont feed him mealworms (causes impaction), and make sure his temps are right 100-105 basking area, 90's hot side, 80's cool side. Offer greens everyday (no lettuce) and prepare for him to eat lots of crickets! I buy mine in bulk from LLLReptile. (just set up a large plastic bin with carboard egg cartons, paper towel tubes, and veggies and fruit and the crix are good to go for months )

Thanks for all the help! He's doing great. Eats a ton! Not too fond of veggies, but he eats a few here and there. He's about to shed for the second time already! He's grown so much. My dad likes him, like you guys said. And Angus already has his schedule he follows; falling asleep to AC/DC and Led Zeppelin Thank you for the tips!
