baby bearded

hello everyone, i have a new baby bearded dragon about a month old i got him from a breeder i traded a kingsnake for him/hereverything i right in the cage im just so scared it isso little it might die what are the chances that young. it will only eat a couple crickets thats it what are your opinions thank you

well it should be eating WAY more. like close to 100 crickets a day. but if you just got him hes probably stressed out and will start eating more in a few days. i got my newest guy at 2 weeks old and hes done awesome, as long as you follow some of the awesome care sheets people have made on this site im sure you and your new friend will do just fine

yeah i hope so im not new to beardies this is just the smallest i ever had. he/she was the biggest out of the clutch so i got that one. pooped today, shed yesterday, and gave a bath i hope will all go good should i try to handle alot or will it just scare more not sure

We need to go over your tank setup to ensure that everything is all correct for your baby.
Such as, what type & brand of UVB are you using, a flourescent tube bulb, or a compact or coil light? What type of basking light do you use, a bright white basking light or a colored light?
What type of substrate do you use, sand, tiles, paper towels?
What type of thermometer do you use to measure the temperatures? A round stick on thermometer, a digital probe or a temp gun? What are the temperatures in the tank?
Do you use calcium supplementation?

i use a retisun 10.0 75 watt heat bulb no color. repti carpet, i use a dial and a prob i got the prob on his basking spot. i posted again today because his basking spot read 1 28 f today i think thats to hot. his basking rock thing get really hot but he dont move.so i changed it this is his new basking spot co
