I'm just about to rescue/adopt my first beardie. His current viv is inappropriate in a lot of ways, and I'm working on getting him a new set up. I've gone to the store and gotten a few craft items so I can start making him a more entertaining viv. I've seen several pictures where people have managed to attach items to the sides of their vivs (such as wood dowel bridges and ledges). I'm curious if anyone knows how those products are attached to the glass.

Thanks!

Some people use suction cups. But obviously if your dragon is heavy, or the thing your holding up is heavy, you will need something stronger. I don't know if anyone has ever used glue (I haven't) but it might be an option. Actually maybe not because of the heat and fumes....

I've seen videos on using aquarium sealant to make a "floating" wall for turtle/fish tanks. I'm sure if it can hold the ceramic tiles they were using then it could hold up lights, hammocks, drift wood or anything else. I can't find the video I'm thinking about but you have to lay the tank down on the side that you are putting the object on and weight it down until it is dry. Hope this helped a bit.

To mount my UVB inside the tank i used Mighty Putty. It worked awesome! I just made two little supporting shelves and tied my light fixture onto them for extra security.

If you can find industrial strength suction cups, (yes theres such thing  ) They will hold up stuff really well, just superglue em on whatever you wanna put on the glass. That's whats holding up Spikes reptisun in his tank..

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
