Attaching a Light Fixture to the Inside of a Glass Tank?

We have our new baby in the top tank and will need to attach the 36" light fixture to the inside of the tank but are unsure on how to do this exactly. Any ideas/advice?

The top of the tank has a glass center with two screen openings on each side.

Drill some small holes in the plastic rim around the top of the tank, then use some wire or chains to hang the light fixtures.

Depending on the size (S, M, L), they can hold up to several pounds, safely. You could try adhering your strip to the back of the cage with them.. Just be sure to check on them occasionally for safety. If you use them, use extra pieces to be sure, though!
