Ate a hair :((

One of my hairs fell in his food dish maybe and I saw a piece of my hair hanging out of his mouth so I grabbed it and he ran away and the strand broke. I hope it didn’t hurt him, I don’t know if he swallowed any! He looked upset, could that have hurt his mouth? And will ingesting hair be something I should see a vet about? He went back to his rock and continued basking but he looks stressed and is darker on his belly than usual..

I thought that maybe. I looked in his mouth and couldn’t see if it caught something because everything looked normal.
