My husband and I have 2 beardies that will be a year old next month. We were wondering at what age they stop getting live feeders as the main staple and start eating mostly veggies/fruits and just a few feeders? And also how many a day and how many days a week do they get the live feeders?
Our female beardie Aurora is pretty good about going to her dish and eating her veggies. But our male Yoshi really doesn't initiate going to his bowl to eat the veggies. The only time he does is when he's hand fed. What can we do to get him interested in his veggies more?
Another situation that I have is that my husband and I are thinking about getting a 3rd beardie that is possibly a few years old. So how many feeders per day and how many days a week would he get those?
Sorry for all the questions, I just want to be prepared and make sure our beardies get the proper things to eat for their ages.
