TDSD has not been studied that greatly in beardies. I have read that a higher incubation temp in the low to mid 90's might produce females, but the risk of incubating at the temp is too high for myself to try it. I think that the rate of lethality would be very high.
What I have read supports the high mortality rate at higher incubation temps. The larger breeders use the same temps somewhere in the mid 80s. Don't worry you'll get plenty of females, lol.
