Are these morio worms or giant meal worms?

From my understanding morio worms are super worms and they are ok for beardies to eat as a staple but I have heard that some pet shops mix up the super worms with giant meal worms which aren't ok for beardies. So what I was wondering is what I've bought which was labelled "morio pre-pack" actually what it says or is it giant meal worms? How can you tell the difference? I've included a picture of them -

Also for 10 month old beardies who are 16" and 17" how many could they eat of superworms each day if that is what these are?
