Are Pinworms painful?

I just took my bearded dragon to the vet, and learned that she had pinworms. I’m not incredibly surprised, as I had guessed something was up with the stool issues and the stench, but I’m still worried for her regardless of my predictions. The vet also said, if he had to rate her pinworm problem on a scale of 1-10, he’d give it a 5.

However, I’m curious, do the pinworms hurt her stomach? Like a belly ache? I’m worried she’s in pain because of said worms, despite the medication I’m going to be giving her for the next six weeks. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
