Are my lights good?

I wanna know if I have good lights, and not the bad ones that don't give off heat or UVB. So here is my light setup WITH the SOURCES:

My UVB is reptisun 10.0 T5 22" fluorescent tube, with the recommended reptisun 22" T5 tube hood. I'll be placing this 8 inches away from the basking spot.

My basking bulb is a 100 watt bright white Flood Light that is dimmable. I want this to be really hot so, will it be hot?

I also use a zoo med clamp lamp:

I heard that bright white is the best color temperature for a bearded dragon, so that's why bright white is bold. I will be placing this 8 inches away from the basking spot.

I will replace reptisun every 6 months, despite what the package says. I have a 36" x 18" x 17"
tank so the reptisun can distribute UVB throughout most of the tank.

I don't have pictures yet since I'm still setting it up, but are my lights good? bad? I know they can't be bad but I may be wrong.

The T5 tube is a very good option for UVB. I'd set it more like 10-12'' from the basking site unless you're shining it through a screen/mesh top though. 8'' would be pretty intense in most cases, especially if you don't provide areas away from the light to warm up without intense UVB as well.

The LED basking light won't work because the LED won't produce much heat. I suggest using a halogen flood light instead. I use these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007V92OHK/ but they are heavy and a clamp lamp won't hold them. You'll need to suspend the fixture using a wire hanger instead. The halogen bulbs are also dimmable.

For the lamp I'd get at least the 8.5'' version which should work well. Alternatively you could pick up a 10'' aluminum dome at a hardware or farm supply store. They are usually pretty cheap. I use these http://www.theisens.com/indoor-lighting/bayco-brooder-lamp-182-sjeo-x-6-fl-302pdq8

Yeah it's not quite a bright at 1350 lumens but should work well. I'd give it a shot and see what you get in terms of temps.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
