Are my Dubia roaches adults or still growing?

So I ordered 50 Large Dubia roaches 20-30mm in size. They finally arrived today and I noticed none of them have wings but their all pretty big. Does this mean their all females or not fully grown yet? I'll post a pic when I can but any help would be greatly appreciated.

No they are not fully grown which could be around 50mm judging from the size of mine.

So estimated how much longer do I have before their mature enough to breed. If I have to wait awhile I'll try to order a few more adult females.

Depends on the temp and humidity I think. Would only be a guess at least a month for the larger ones.
