Hey guys
I have two beardies, and both of them are terribly TERRIBLY spoiled.
My girl never goes to her hide to sleep and I always have to 'tuck her in'. My male frequently goes in to his hide and naps, and I'll have to get him out of there so he can eat and whatnot. They are both super healthy looking, hydrated, fed properly and have all the proper lighting and whatnot. Both are super active (my male will run freely around the house and be hyper when I get him up)
I have two hides that I built for them, and they have memory foam pillows encased in soft material. Neither one of them ever gets up on their own, and when I lift the lid to their hides, they are all stretched out and absolutely ridiculous looking as if it's the best bed ever.
It's also very dark in their hides.
Is the cosiness and the darkness why they will not get up on their own? And if so, should I make them less comfortable?
