OK I do not know if this should be in ER but I am kind of panicing!
My oldest female beardie got her hands on some muffin (which she seemed to be enjoying quite a bit until I saw her and stopped her!). I know this is not ideal food for them, but will she become very ill? is it like... fatal to them??? UGH!!! I am so worried.

If I were only to answer the title of this thread I'd say no they are not good for beardies to eat.
But being that she already ate it....could you tell us what ingredients were in the muffin?

Bread is listed on the list here http://www.beautifuldragons.503xtreme.com/Nutrition.html as questionable...but it also says bread is good for hiding med's in.
So I think it mostly depends right now on what was in the muffin.

Personally if it were my beardie that ate it I'd want to try and run it thru their system quickly. Pumpkin or babyfood applesauce works great for that.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
