Arcadia lamp question?

I am trying to order an Arcadia tube uvb lamp for my Dragon.

He is in a 40 gallon breeder tank with a MVB right now.

Im unsure of which Arcadia lamp to order.

They have a Arcadia D3+ HO t5 14% UVB Dragon Lamp or a Arcadia D3+ T-5 22 Inch 24 Watt *12% Desert UVB?

The 14% lamps are pretty new as far as I know and are quite high output. In a 40g breeder I'd say it's overkill. The 22'' T5 12% should fit the bill nicely. That will produce optimal basking levels of UVB at around 12-14'' above the basking area.
