Missed a detail there Coop! Sounds like he has a CFL, which unfortunately with the Zoomed brand is called a Reptisun 10.0 also. Zoomed naming makes it a little confusing, but I think we have found your problem. A CFL mounted on top of screen would be basically useless. If you have it inside the enclosure now that is better, but I would replace it with a linear fluorescent tube Zoomed Reptisun T5 HO bulb and fixture if you can. That will give it a much better exposure of UVB and visible light. Without the light, its going to have a hard time absorbing any calcium you give it anyway.
Are you gut loading your live foods? Is it only crickets you feed? For now, since it sounds like you are needing to get some good calcium to it right away, buy some calci worms (black soldier fly larvae). Make sure any crickets, locusts, etc are gut loaded with high calcium veggies like squash, spring greens, mustard greens, etc and dusted with calcium as well.
I would recommend taking it to a vet for a check up also. They can take an X-ray to see if bone density has been lost and if any other damage is done.
