Anyone here play music for their beardie?

Just curious! I know some people will find their more domesticated pets have a liking for certain types of music and may even play them for plants, does any one play music for their beardie? Has any one noticed any behavior changes if they do play certain types of music?

Hello,

I usually have some type of background noise on for them, either my radio show I listen to or some music. I do believe that they will react to certain sounds, music, etc. I think mine do like the softer, less head banging type of noise. LOL Too much loud music would likely annoy them. Though, I can't say that I have actually put in the head banging type of music & watched them.
I just know that they seem to be pretty relaxed most of the time when I have something on for them, instrumental (not classical) music, or softer easy listening, etc.

I've played several types of music around my dragons. The tank is in the living room with the record player and they were often out of the tank with me in the evening when I listen to music. The noise never seemed to bother them at all but I didn't really notice a reaction from them either way.

Whenever I leave the house, I always set the TV to an oldies music channel that plays 50s-60s music. It seems to keep them at a calm state and avoids scares from sudden loud noises.

Loki seems to like the oldies station on the radio and have that on for him when he is in his tank. All of the 3 beardies LOVE to listen to Harry Potter Audio CD's and will tilt their heads and open their eyes wide as the narrator imitates the different characters. The CD's play continuously for them all day except during their afternoon naps and bedtimes. Can we say "spoiled"?
