Anyone have an opinion on butterworms???

My girl mostly like crickets but, I am aware of all the issues they pose.

My problem is she likes things that really move and most worms don't move much, I have seen more and more postings about butter worms.

Are they a good staple??? Any other opinions on them???

I believe the issue with butterworms is their high fat, low nutrient content. Beardies love them for the same reason we love potato chips Not a healthy staple.
