Anyone had their timers not switch off over night by acciden

I bought these new timers a month ago, and sometimes I switch them on in the morning if Mr. Bungle is awake and the lights are out. I did this yesterday and did an overnight for work (caretaker) and came back home at midnight today to see THEY WERE STILL ON. I feel awful. He looked ok this afternoon, was his normal self (for a beardie with a benign heptic tumor, mineralized mystery specks in his gall bladder area and constipation...) and I had to go to another shift, and he was wide awake when I got home...feel so bad he must be so tired. Does anyone know if he would have slept last night? As I mentioned he has some health issues and is going to see the vet in the late morning tomorrow, and I'm worried about him being stressed out. And he's been up late a lot too lately because he hasn't been falling asleep easily with the constipation and needing some soaking to try and help him feel better...I feel so bad for him, and don't imagine that beardies can "sleep in" like people, though sometimes it seems like he doesn't mind if the lights stay off for a little while longer then normal in the morning. Ugh, poor fellow he's had a rough week and then I go and screw up like this, it always bugs me to be away for so long because of work, stresses me out too. Any suggestions, comments? Anything's appreciated, thank you.

Well, I'm not quite sure on beardie sleeping habits. Mine will usually fall asleep when he feels like it, UVB or no UVB. Sometimes I leave it on until I go to sleep (around 12:00), when I normally turn it off around 9:30.

He doesn't hesitate to sleep as much as he wants, especially when I wake up. Sometimes he refuses to go back to sleep, and other times he refuses to even open his eyes.

I wouldn't worry too much about it, unless you can see a physical problem.

I too wonder about their sleeping habits; whether or not Bentley's awake when I'm leaving for school at 6:30 in the morning, I switch all his lamps on. From what I gather they'll sleep as long as they want, he'll be snuggled up in his blanket when I wake up and go and when I return home around 12 or 1 in the afternoon he's still snoozing in there.

At nights though its his call, I take him out when I'm starting to wind down and think about bedtime and let him show me if he's thinking the same. He'll either run around and explore all the mysterious things in my room, or find a spot close to my pillow and burrow in for the night. As a matter of fact he found his way in to a sundress of mine on my bed about an hour ago and he's been tucked away with his tail poking out ever since

But don't worry too much about it, they can probably sleep whenever they feel like it just like humans.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
