Plz help, im a little worried, ive tried to read up but have havnt found anything.
I did see in this topic pics of good eggs and ones of infertile and it looks exactly like an infertile egg.
I know nothing of breeding and dont plan to breed but i just want to know if my beardie is ok and if this is normal or not.

Hope someone can help me!!!!

I don't know what that is, but I thought I'd bump this up so maybe someone might see it that does know what it is and can let us know.

Can you post it alongside a penny or a ruler so we can see the actual size? It does look like an infertile egg.

Thanks guys.
Another member advised that i get a lay box ready and i will just incase.
My beardie hasnt mated, but it is in sight of another , they are both in my lounge in view of each other but in seperate tanks. My beardy has shown no signs off laying tho as in digging etc it does pace the tank now n then but i think its just spoilt because as soon as its out itll snuggle up to the nearest person or blanket in sight and go to sleep. It is headn into winter here tho and they have gone off there food a little and are sleeping more. So im still a little unsure as to whats going on. Im going to give it a warm bath as soon as ive finished this post, it did a poo in the tank lastnight and that was normal, brown and the white so i dont know.
Ive posted a pic , its about an inch in size, today it is a little whiter than lastnight but i guess its because it sat for a while. Thanks for all ure help i hope i can solve whats going on.

That is an infertile egg. I would make a lay box but, she may not lay many more. Sometimes they cycle a few. Sometimes they cycle a bunch.

Good Luck

thats an infertile egg. just throw it in the trash. most of my beardies first cluch come out looking like this, but second cluch always come out fine. dont worry your beardie is fine.

Thanks everyone. I did get a lay box organized and put my Cameron in it. After a few days there was nothing so i returned her to back in her home. This morning when i went to change her food there she was on the floor under the basking lights laying eggs!. 7 in total, that i have just disgarded. So thanks everyone for advise. Cameron showed no signs of having eggs,no digging, and no lumps in belly that i could feel,im guessing because they were soft/unfertile?
Do i need to organize for her to mate ever? I dont particulally want babies, but is that unfare on my Cameron? Should u allow them to mate or is it entirely up to the owner?. How often would they lay unfertile eggs??? Guessing i now need to read up a little more about it.

theres no need for you to ever breed her. she will be alright without a mate. just keep doing what your doing and she will be fine.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
