I also found this quote from back in Dec 2007
"Hello,
I have to warn you about A1-reptiles since I have read plenty of complaints about their customer service. Just make sure you dragon looks like the one in the pictures, and that he/she is healthy and alert. Please take your time looking him over when you take him out of the box, if anything seems out of place call them immediately!
They are considered a "puppy mill", but that doesn't mean you can't receive a very pretty/healthy dragon from them, so just be cautious and look the dragon over good.
If the dragon looks like the one in the picture and has the same color, and is active/healthy looking, then placing him/her immediately into their cage. Do not handle the dragon for the next 3-4 days, as hard as this is, it's very important to let young dragons settle in, otherwise they will be stressed out!
Just make sure it's the same dragon as in the picture, they have been accused of photo-shopping their pictures before along with fire and ice dragons...
If you have any more questions please ask,
Anthony"
